Weekly reflection Week7

Sorry if I didn't do my reflection last week but I am going to do it now sorry. Last week I did some manga high and I think I did read theory but if I didn't I will catch up on it this week. I did my word of the week and I think I did a better word of the week this week. I want to get all my manga high and read theory and get my word of the week better and better. my goals will have to be getting everything done and mange my time.

Weekly Reflection Week5

On Monday I did some my Mi plan and also did a new workshop that was pretty cool and it was called writing assessments. On Tuesday we did athletics and I came 1st equal in 100m 11 years and came 1st in high jump and also came 1st in long jump. On Wednesday it we had to do athletics again because the 200 was cancel right after so we did it that day and I wads prod because I came first and it was pretty cool because the first time Noah was cheering for me because he didn't make it into the 200. On Thursday I did my weekly refection and I also did my word of the week which is on my blog if you want to see it. And on Friday I am going to do tech which hopefully is going to be good I am going to try and get some of my manga high and read theory done.

Weekly reflection week4

I nearly did all of my tasks on the sheet of paper that we got and I am happy that I got most of it done cause it makes me feel happy about myself. I only needed to do one more manga high task but it's okay because I got most of it done anyway. My read theory I got three of them done cause I had to catch up on the last weeks one and I had to do two this week. Word of the week I got that done to the best I could and it looks really good for me but I will have to see if I could add anything to it if I could.
I got my instructional writing I got it done on Thursday and it was how to back flip on a tramp. I am getting my weekly reflection done and I am going to make it my best weekly blog. I got my year 7 tips and tricks done and my most favourite moment was when i got stuck in the baby swing at camp.

How to backflip

How to backflip

Things you will need to backflip:You will need a tramp you will also need to be able to do anything on the tramp to be able to backflip.

To start off a backflip go to the slide and once you got going to the slide with one hand and then you should be able to try land it then you need to have some confidence to try land when you got that down. Step two Pull your head back and then you will flip over you just need to have confidence to do it.  Step three if you can’t spin that fast you have to go into a ball which will make you spin fast If you pull your head back it makes you flip but the reason for that is if you point your head somewhere you will go that way. Step four all you want to do is chuck you hands back and pull your head back so you can flip over. Step five to land once you think you're about to land just let go and probably land then fall but that will probably happen a few times but you will get there.

Just keep trying it and you will be able to do it whenever maybe try other tricks and see if you can get them  done on your tramp but pratice and pratice.

I did manga high but I only a bit of it i haven't done all of it.
I did read theory but I only did two I plan to do more this week.
I did my whole IE this week so that was pretty cool I feel like I did pretty good this week on my IE.
My favourite part of that week was probably when I got my IE done and dusted.
I did my word of the week and I did it to the best I can.

Nike vs adidas

Nike and adidas I personally like both of these brands because I like one for sports and one for going out. I like adidas for going out because they have more of a dressing range for shoes. I like nike for sports because they have more comfort and nike is for running and all sports. But I would prefer nike to wear everyday but if I’m going out for dinner with the family then I will wear adidas. Well adidas is for everything like clothes and sports but the sports nike tops it but I do like the clothes for adidas but it’s expense. Some people may like adidas for sports but in my opinion I like nike for sports. Some people probably don’t like these brands but we are all different. There are more brands that are sporty but I like nike but the problem about these brands is they are nice but, they cost more than you think people can go get shoes cheaper but they are just shoes in the end. These brands seem to be the most popular brands out there. There are things for nike which is just do it but I’m not sure for adidas. These two brands are personally my favorite. I do like others brands but I have to go with these ones.

There are some downsides for other brands like supreme because people have fond stuff in the clothing but I do like the looks but look at the price and think twice. Every brand is at a reasonable price but some people kinda go over the top. I don’t really know about the adidas clothes but they look real nice. Nike puts the price at fairly desist price but other than adidas they put it just a little higher. I have some pairs of nikes and they are nice some are for sports and I have one for going out to. I do like converse but I am not talking about them that maybe in another story/persuasive,I also like DC I have one pair but they were for staking but I will talk about these in a different story. I do like other brands but I would use it for the reason adidas is for going out and nike for sports maybe DC for skating there are many brands out there that we might not know of. There are also kustom’s which I like for going out too but they're not the shoes that I would buy but if I had to I would. Other people may like other brands but if we are talking about clothes than I would buy other brands. There are many more brands out there but I would chose nike and adidas. I use quite a few brands like nike and adidas I have had some converse and I do really like the looks they are nice but they are probably a little better to buy good price look nice but if you don’t get your right size and go a little bit more higher then your feet might hurt a little. There are cool brands that you may think are the best but there maybe some downsides to them if not then you're lucky you can’t find a pair of shoes that are perfect. You can’t find the best shoes. Nike and adidas didn’t you want to know what the best brand is well didn’t the title say it was about nike and adidas so I’m pretty sure I wasn’t supposed to talk about other brand oops ok let's talk about nike and adidas. These two brands everyone likes most of the people in the world like it but even people that don’t have nikes but they still do like them well that is the same with adidas but more people like it but more don’t have it because adidas they like to extend the price. Adidas they think if you can get famous people to wear it then maybe just maybe they may want to buy it because of someone famous it shouldn't work like this but it does. Ok now you know how much it would be because I know you have just went to see the price so you could check if I was right maybe I wasn't but it’s ok. You decided to get a shoe or not don't get it just because your friend has it or even if a famous person has it you won't get the same shoe as them. Like jordans do they actually help you in basketball do they do you think ohhh maybe if they help other people well you think wrong not to be mean or anything these players can play with any type of shoes. But some shoes are comfortable to work with that is why I wear nikes cause they are just nice and easy to work with you can get your right size and you will be fine. Nike isn't the best brand for everyone but some people may like other brands and that's fine you don't have to agree with which is better out of adidas or nike but if there is a brand that you like and you wear everyday, you wear them more than nike or anything but at least they are shoes. If you wear shoes that aren't nike I am not going to be like “oh nikes are way better” I won’t be like that. I just personally like nike and adidas but if I could chose it would be nike because the sports and t shirts pants but I do like adidas for the going out part you can’t find the perfect brand they all have one thing that you want in another brand but you don’t like that one but just grateful whatever the brand gives you. The brand that you want may not even have what you are after it maybe be I want clothes for going out that are adidas but you want them in the brand that you want but you can’t find the best brand but you could if you made a brand.

The School Holidays

Term3 Reflection

My three favourite things was volley ball because it was different and I hadn't played before. My second thing would have to be learning in the making because it was a first time experience and I also hadn't done this in my old school. My third is pet day because it was cool looking at other pets. What I learnt this term was how to play volley ball. What I would change is nothing because I think that this term was good.

My dog is named Paris he does yoga he likes to catch balls. he likes to eat meat he also likes to play around the house. he has an older brother named Kong he has no chill.

Weekly reflection week7

I did two read theory tasks to the best I could. on Wednesday we had moana come in and I help out some people in a pair because some of the kids were with someone else. I did my of the week to the best I could learning powers:being me. I did P.E and I had fun playing but I didn't give up learning powers:resilience. I have work on my IE's and i hope to get most of it done by week 8 or 7. but i have already tried my hardest on it but i plan to get it done soon. i have done one of my tasks from my maths profile.

Weekly relfection week6

I did my manga high as hard I could but I didn't get any metals but I'm hoping to get so work done. I have done two read theory tasks to the best I could and I hope to do more next week. I have my work of the week and I like this week because it was different to the other one that u would do. I'm going to bring a glass gar for tech and I think it is going to be fun.I have done my seek approval doc and I am happy on what I have picked for my IE. I have joined one P.E group and I enjoined this week because it was a different game that I haven't played before.

I hope that I can learn about the life of turtles and what affects turtles like rubbish. I would like to know about how the rubbish affects turtles and how we could stop this from going on.
What knowledge might I need to help move towards this understanding?
First I need to know about what type of animal a turtle is and are turtles predators. What do they like eating and where do they mostly live. How do they travel around the world.
What is it I hope to be able to do more competently?   What skills will I need to learn (skills)

Weekly reflection week5

I did all my assigned tasks to the best I could and I plan to get one done each week. I did my word of the week and I want to be able to get the word of the week done on Monday so I can have my work done for more time to do other work. I did two read theory tasks and I did them to the best I could and I moved up grades. I have enjoyed this week because of P.E and I like running.

Weekly reflection week4

I did all my manga high tasks to the best I could and I'm proud of myself for the best I could do in manga high. I did both of my read theory task I was happy on how many I got right. I did my word of the week done on Thursday and I did P.E which was fun I would like to do more running in P.E. on Friday I'm looking forward to tech because it is going to be fun. I have made a start on another piece of writing. I have put my name under tupu because I'm not there yet but I'm going to get there because I am going to work hard on getting all my tasks done so I can get to tuakana.

I did all my manga high tasks I got 1 Bronze and a gold and I did 5 attempts.
I made a new read theory login and I have just started.
I started a sharp reading group and I think I'm doing well.
On Friday I went to tech  and we made peanut brownies.
I did my word of the week on Tuesday so i could finish some
 of my other work later on in the week.

Dylan's life story narrative

Draft: aaaaaahhhh someone screamed because they couldn't get something so everyone got a little bad. There was this one kid that didn't really care about the screaming because he lives with a little sister and has to listen to the noise every day at least once once a day his name was dylan. dylan liked his lifestyle  because he had friends but he had always woken up in a good mood. After he would get back from school he would go for a walk and just let out everything that is going on because it does work sometimes.Dylan has a friend name Micka they have been friends for 5years but dylan had to move schools it was sad because he lost the friend that was there every time. So he moved schools because of Dylan’s parents. They found a house at last and now they live there so he still can’t talk to Micka anymore in person they miss each other but they can text which still makes them happy.Dylan has moved pretty far from his friends so he can't talk to them but some friends come up for other things.Dylan’s friends had fun doing other stuff Dylan went to a new school and made a group of friends so that was where Dylan started again. But this time he didn't like the way he found school now because he misses his friends and they do to. He lived right next to the school which was good he guessed so he didn’t have to drive a long way to school anymore. Dylan also lives in a big house which he liked and that is where they lived for another how many days. Dylan had fun living in a new place and new everything because i was different and he like that he had done something new which felt a little weird but he got used to it.

Dylan tried to keep talking to his friends but he can't anymore but he had still owned the house that he had lived for a while, so they went there to see family.their family lived in the old house so they go over when there is a birthday or anything like celebrations. He still new where his friends lived but  they didn't really go over to each others house because they didn't really know when they were home so they would just see each other at school or in public. One day there was a birthday at the old house because there little girl was going to be 1 years but the same day he saw his friend Micka so they just hang out for a bit but then they had to go so Dylan went back and Micka did to so they were talking about texting and they couldn't text as well so they just went to see each other every time they come up for something or Dylan goes down for something about the family. Dylan was only able to talk for a bit then they had to go but at least they got to see each other.

Dylan has made new friends and he is going to move on. He may have to move schools later but he can try do what he did before in the school that he left before. He can keep making new friends and be happy but he may move schools again. Dylan was happy in this school and like everything about it the teachers were nice so it wasn’t a bad school to go. To so he went on with his life...

Weekly refletion week 9

On Monday I did mi planning and some other stuff I tried some manga high and i did a bit read theory which was good. but my manga high i didn't really get past because they aren't the  task that i would do every day but I tried them. on Tuesday in the morning i did a workshop about matariki maths with my learning team and another team that was fun and I got a bit of them but not all because it was endless.
on Wednesday I went to the give it a go day which is the one thing that I like and it was fun i did all of the things that I had to do but there was 4 task but i only got to do two of them which was sad but fun at the same time. I also did some manga high and some more read theory but that was a little hard but i got through it in the end so i was happy. on Thursday we did some matariki art in the afternoon so that was fun and I word about what happen and the names of the stars.on Friday I am doing some tech and we are still working on it and i made a mistake but i am going to fix it and i should be good to go and i did more of my manga high and read theory.

On Monday I did some writing and did most of manga high task and I did a new writing about the ruin and I did 2 read theory task and I plan to do more of them so I can get better at reading and other stuff.
on Tuesday I tryed some more manga high work but I didn't get past them nut I did get one done so that was good I did some more read theory. on Thursday I did one of my manga high and some more read theory and I did a little bit of my duolingo so now I am at level 3. on Friday I am looking forward to doing tech because we are actually going to make some which is going to be fun I want to get my creation done before we leave so I can show my mum and dad and other family members what I have been doing.

One word of the week 8 excurciating

I was doing the laws and I made a big mistake and went under the lawnmower its was excruciating I went to the ask for help but then there was no time.

THE BIG WALK

aaahhh someone screamed in a far away land there two people on this island. The two people were miss jelly bean and tinkerbell they lived on this island together. They started to get along with each other and they go on for walks around the island to see what is around the island. They are looking for more things to find and to see what is around them. And they want to explore more places and that maybe in this island.

Miss jelly bean goes for a walk around the island by herself and all she has is a bag to use to carry other things around with her. them they use the bag for a lot of things and it is the only thing they have. They use the bag for other things at home as well and do other stuff with. they clean up all of it by putting things in the bag where it should be and all that.

When they went for a walk again they just walk around for a bit but then tinkerbell trip and then fell hurting her she only hurt her leg but they were far in the island so they did have a long way to walk home but she couldn't make it because her leg was killing her so she couldn't walk back. Tinkerbell and miss jelly bean slept the night in the middle of the island but miss jelly bean walk home left tinkerbell and grab some things from home to rest in the next day tinkerbell felt a little better BUT... they forgot THE WAY home but tinkerbell couldn't walk as much so she had to try and walk with miss jelly bean because they are going to try find the way back home.

They kept trying to find it but there was not a chance at all because they were stuck in the middle of the island but they didn't give up yet. Then tinkerbells leg was hurting even more so they just sat down to rest but they are going to start again when she is held so she could walk again without it hurting. Once her leg was held they got back up but they didn't know were they going so they started to just walk and walk until they find the way out of the jungle and back home but before they do that they need to eat food then they can start but where is the food they found a tree with apples on it so they went there and they put some in the bag so they started again

They started off again but this time they didn’t just walk and walk they did something else and it work so they went for another walk around the island and they got out yay but they still had to find their house but they had to walk again but they went both ways tinkerbell went one and miss jelly bean went the other way. They found a house and stayed there and someone was there to help them. They went for a walk to find their house and they found it “YAY” so they went to rest in their bed and now they have a new neighbor. They know where he lives so they visit so that is the story about THE BIG WALK.

Readtheory

I did five readtheory tasks and I am happy with all of my readtheory. I want to do all of my readtheory every week so i can get more of my goals done. I like doing my readtheory because I like the qesutions and I kinda like reading because I don't like it as much. I kinda like reading now because it is something i don't really do.

I have done most of my manga high and i am going to do more. I plan to get all my manga high done every week so I can get some of my goals done. I have done one gold and one silver and two attempted so I think that I should just get all of my manga high at bronze then I should try and go to the next stage.

On monday we did our mi planning and I did some readt as well. On tuesday I did some of my word of the week and enter one of the com and did some writing I have almost done my narrative writing and I hope to finish it soon because I like the writing that I have done. Wednesday I got all of my one word of the week and i did some of my kapahaka and i am doing some of my mangahigh tacks i am working on them. On thursday i am doing my mangahigh and some of my blog post and doing a bit of readt. On friday i am looking forward to doing tech because i want to do wood for the first time.

My winter sport

I am doing soccer as my winter sport because I like the sport and my mum wants me to do sports.

I have stared a winter sport because I have a experience of playing soccer. I didn't know anyone playing the game but later on I got to know them more and knew there names I feel better now that I now everyone.Our first game will be on may 6 Saturday and the game starts at 9 am. I am in this sport because I haven't played in a team but I have played in a school and I would play with my dad as well. I am enjoying this sport because it was a sport I always played after school and sometimes in the morning. the thing I lest like about the sport is when people don't pass the ball because everyone needs to have the ball in one game. I support the team by helping them and shouting out their name out when they have the ball and i push them by telling them to pass to someone.

Before camp

What is your goal for camp to make more friends and talk to others Why are you coming on camp because this will be my first school camp and I will have lots of fun. What skills, strengths, qualities, powers do you possess that will help you have a really successful camp experience curiosity resilience being me and connecting because I want to connect with others and I won't give up on a challenges. I am curios what is up for me on camp and I am excited but scared. begin me I will be myself and won't let others push me back from what I want to do I will follow the rules and everything the teachers say. I was put in to one race which was freestyle and we had to wait for my race but it was quick than my race next. I did freestyle once we started we had to line up in groups when we started I was first but than I started to pull back but still gave it my best and my mom recorded it so I went to look and came 3rd but the results are probably not the same than. that was my first time going to Thames valley and I am looking forward to next years swimming sports and I will give it my hardest.

at hp swimming sports I was entered in to two stoke's that was freestyle and backstroke. The first race was that I did was backstroke. Then I did freestyle it was a good race because I came 2nd. When I left they told me that I had made it to Thames valley in freestyle but not backstroke. I will be going to Thames valley on Wednesday week 7.

The brain is something in our body for us to move the brain send messages to the legs and the rest of our body.But the brain has two slides and the left side controls the right and the right side controls the left.
The brain isn't pink or red or what you think
it is indeed Gray and the brain is as big as your own first.The brain can also change your emotions.

How to grow a strong brain:

You need to drink lots of water and eat the right food.
It is important to take breaks every hour or so and get lots of fitness.It is important to get lots of sleep and rest to get energy to start of your day off.

my one word is exciting. I known that this year will be exciting because it will be my first time begin a year 7 and 8. Sports are my favourite thing and fitness because I like to do sports and I will do sports everyday.

Tuakana Teina

I put myself on teina because i'am still learning and I want to learn as well I would like to move but i'am happy were i'am.I like to help other as well as getting helped I'am good at some work but not best yet but still working everyday to get better than I'am now. I will set goals all the time if it makes me improve on my learning I will push myself to do harder things.I'am able to sit next to someone that I've never sat to before.
I can make the right choices but not all the time I can do the right things at the right time.

Waitangi day

Waitangi day started 1840 when the British and Moari fort but it was not a long war. We came to a stop but the British bought as much land before they were stop. The Moari made a treaty so we could go over to their country and they can come over to our but only for certain amount of days or years. The British were angry but they still went with it so now they have peace between each other.

Learning smart

My highest score was 58% in Body Smart.

Body Smart is sports and dancing, I am happy that I am in Body Smart but I want to get better at something else.  I am also Visual Smart because I like pictures in books because it helps me in the book. I am 50% in visual.I will work on mathematical first before others because I am 56% in mathematical.
